idk why but all this content that i see online, be it insta videos, or twitter posts, everything- just- feels- weirdly fake. and i might have a theory. 1. people who use ai will sound pretty much the same. 2. people who've tried their hardest to sound not like ai- also start sounding similar- so now, EVERYTHING sounds so similar to each other that it starts feeling like only a few people are making all pieces of content. but it isn't that way, like your brain knows that this all multiple people. so the likely rationalization is that- this isn't real- :/ the internet's a weird place now.

i was talking with my friend yesterday and we kinda realized that you can either have great detailed memory or great pattern recognition. like, you can focus on the details in everyday moments that make each moment special and different, which would let you remember more about each moment. but if you focus more on the things that are similar about each moment, you build great intuition and pattern recognition. all those moments where people tell you, "how do you know that?" and you just think to yourself like it's normal intuition from pattern recognition of my experiences, is a choice you're making. you may not realize it, but it is. it's crazy, it's like you can either summarize a meeting, or transcribe it, you can't do both at full scale simultaneously. idk this is just fun to think about lol.
